Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days, unless stated otherwise on the website. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping time will depend on your chosen delivery method at the checkout. The estimated delivery times are displayed there.

Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer with us and therefore out of our control.

Packages are unable to be reported as missing until the tracking information has not changed for 14 days with EVRI. Or if the parcel has not been delivered after 10 days via Royal Mail.

In the unlikely circumstance, you are having any issues with the delivery of your parcel, please email us with your order information so that we can look into this for you.
