Refund policy

Any custom or personalised items are nonreturnable or refundable due to the customisation. 

Non-custom items can be returned unused, undamaged and in it’s original packaging within 14 days of dispatch, customer must pay for the return of the item.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order you must contact us with:

• Order number
  

at lorna@creativecustomscompany.com within 2 days of delivery. The item will either be refunded after it has been returned or a replacement will be sent out.
